Client Description: An E-Learning Specialist Company
Client X (name withheld) specializes in the design and development of learning technology. Increasing acceptance of technology by the education and training industry has created a high demand for further development and the company has a substantial research and development commitment.
The company needed to recruit more PHP programmers and Client X struggled to find suitably qualified people. The Director commented "Some programmers were asking $120 an hour as a base rate for a fulltime job".
